Exchange Policy

Exchange Process
At Sharma Brothers, we accept exchange requests within 2–3 days of delivery. To begin the process, customers must email us at info@sharmabrothersethnic.com or call us on +91-9999726260, mentioning their Order ID and reason for exchange. Exchanges can be done either in-store or online. For store exchange, visit the nearest Sharma Brothers location after getting confirmation from our customer care team. For online exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags. It should be properly packed, with the Order ID and Return ID clearly written on the parcel. After we receive and verify the item through a quality check, your exchange will be processed. If you choose to self-ship, courier charges up to ₹150 will be reimbursed via Sharma Brothers e-gift vouchers—just send us the courier bill via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Cancellation Policy
If an ordered item is unavailable, we will inform you within two working days. You can either choose an alternative item of equal or higher value or receive a credit note in the form of an e-gift voucher. Please ensure that any complaints or exchange requests are made within 2–3 days of receiving the product. Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled unless the product is unavailable.
