Whether you are purchasing a kurta pajama, sherwani, designer kurta, or any accessory from us, the same rule applies: once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Our ethnic wear is crafted with attention to detail and often includes custom-made, hand-embroidered, or one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be restocked or resold once opened. Please note that we do not accept returns due to size issues, change of mind, color preference, or dissatisfaction with the overall look after delivery. Color variation is common in clothing due to lighting, screen resolution differences, and fabric texture. Slight variations in color or design from digital images are not considered faults and are not valid grounds for return or exchange. All images shown online are for reference only and may vary slightly from the physical product.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled. We do not allow cancellations, even if the item has not yet been shipped. Each order is treated as final and binding. This helps us to manage our inventory better and avoid unnecessary delays or losses. Therefore, we advise customers to double-check their order details, delivery address, and contact information before completing the checkout process.

We ensure that each product undergoes a thorough quality check before packing. Our team inspects every item for defects, damages, or inconsistencies in stitching, design, or embellishments. All garments are packed securely to avoid any damage during shipment. Despite this, if an item reaches you in damaged condition due to transit, we require you to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, you must email or WhatsApp us clear images of the damaged item along with your invoice number. While we may assist you with a resolution on a case-by-case basis, please understand that this does not guarantee replacement or refund.

In the rare case of receiving the wrong item (wrong size, color, or style), we request customers to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Once our team verifies the issue, we will provide a suitable solution. However, we reserve the right to make the final decision after reviewing the complaint and assessing the condition of the product.

Our No Return and No Exchange policy also applies to products purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales. Items bought on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances. This is clearly mentioned during promotional events and banners, and by proceeding to purchase, you agree to the same.

Additionally, all customized, altered, or made-to-measure garments are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Any outfit that has been altered based on customer request (such as sleeve length, waist adjustment, or embroidery customization) is considered final sale. Customization is done based on the exact measurements and preferences shared by the customer, and therefore, we cannot take responsibility for fit-related issues post-delivery.

We take customer privacy and satisfaction seriously. All customer details and transaction information are kept confidential and secure. We use trusted payment gateways and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery and smooth transactions. However, we shall not be held liable for any delays caused due to unforeseen courier issues, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.

If you shop from our offline stores, you will be guided by our in-store team before purchase. Once the bill is generated and the product is packed, no changes or returns can be made. All in-store sales are also covered under the No Return and No Exchange policy.
